In recent years the popularity of home renovation and remodeling has gradually increased around the globe. This can be largely attributed to the number of television shows covering the subject, and the dip in house prices causing home owners to stay in their existing residences as oppose to moving to a new one. Making aesthetic [...]

There aren’t too many jobs I really dislike doing on my own, but cleaning up a flooded basement has to be one of them. Unfortunately, having a flooded basement is something you want to deal with as quickly as possible. The longer the basement remains wet, the more permanent the damage can become, and more [...]

To characterize the Patek Philippe (or any classic watch) as “strong” is a reference to its auction sale price. A 1946 Patek Philippe No. 1518 sold for more than the expected two hundred thousand dollars – along with others of the same name – making this indeed a very strong watch name. Amongst this watch’s other strengths were its color, design and skeleton – very unique for a watch for of this time period. The gold, copper, royal blue and white coloration made this also a very “fun” watch to follow. A Patek Philippe replica watch can be yours for far less money.
An exact replica copy of this watch may be difficult to obtain, however. A close second might be the HR replica “PP Calatrava Skeleton Number 209”. The larger mid-section dial of this watch has been fully skeletonized to offer an almost complete view of its fine inner workings. The blue finish hands appear to float over the “yellow gold” skeleton movement of this copy. The name “PATEK PHILIPPE” appears in bold type font over the top of the revealed inner movement. The rest of the inner watch dial has traditional Arabic numeral hour markers.
As if that weren’t enough, this special edition also comes in a perpetual calendar model. Day and date sub-dial indicators are opposed to each other at the nine and three o’clock positions. A 24 hour timer sub-dial appears at bottom. Even the back is excised in full skeleton mode to reveal the opposite side of the delicate inner movement. If that is not enough, this very special watch also comes in at least two other editions – one in full yellow gold and the other with black bezel and black sub-dial bezel and borders. But, you may have to wait to get yours as these very special Patek Philippe replica watches are usually sold out!

Of course, you will use your breakfast nook for eating meals. In fact, you will probably eat most of your meals there because the modern family does not sit down in the formal dining room very often. That room is usually reserved for special occasions or when you have guests. However, you will probably use [...]

In the past, curtain rods were hidden behind yards of fabric covering the window. The emphasis was on the curtain itself rather than the hardware holding it in place. Today, the focus has shifted from the fabric to the rod. The choice of curtain rod can add to the ambience and charm of a room, [...]
